Return Policy for the Online Store:
Custom made signs cannot be returned and refunded.
Stock items on the online store will be refunded only if returned within 7 days of purchase, undamaged and unopened in the original packaging. Opened goods will not be refunded. We will retain a 10% handling fee on all returned stock items.
Damaged items will be swapped out, only if they are delivered damaged and are unopened, and only within 7 days.
